About JAY
JAY is preparing its Saudi Arabia online perfume store. The legal business name, commercial registration, business address and customer-service contact will be published before commercial launch. The current store is a pre-launch test environment.
Products and prices
Review the product, quantity, price and delivery charges before submitting payment. Final applicable taxes and the total payable must be shown before you authorize a payment. Product images are illustrative; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Accounts and checkout
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and protect your account credentials. A Saudi National Short Address must be validated for delivery. Do not misuse this site or another person’s account.
Payment and orders
Sandbox payments do not create real purchases or authorize shipping. At commercial launch, an order will only be treated as paid after payment is independently confirmed by the payment provider. An acknowledgement is not proof of successful payment.
Delivery and returns
Available delivery services, charges and estimated timing will be shown at checkout. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable Saudi consumer law.
Applicable law
These terms are subject to applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights. Final business and service details require review before commercial launch.
