Returns
Before launch, JAY will publish its confirmed return contact and process. Subject to applicable Saudi law and its exceptions, consumers may cancel eligible purchases within seven days of receiving an unused product. Please keep the original packaging and proof of purchase.
Damaged or incorrect products
If a product arrives damaged, defective or different from your order, retain the packaging and order details. Your statutory rights for defective or incorrectly supplied goods are not removed by this policy.
Perfume and opened products
Using or opening perfume can affect eligibility for a change-of-mind return, subject to applicable law. This does not remove rights relating to a defect or an incorrectly supplied product.
Refunds and delivery costs
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The final return address, processing time, and allocation of eligible return shipping costs must be confirmed before orders open. No blanket restocking deduction is established by this draft.
