Data we use
Account details include your name, email, contact number, saved addresses and communication preferences. Checkout may require delivery information, order details and payment references. Do not send card numbers or security codes to JAY support.
Why we use it
We use necessary information to operate accounts, process orders, arrange delivery, provide customer service and protect the store. Logged-in cart activity may be associated with your account; a saved cart is not a completed sale.
Service providers
The store uses Firebase for account and data services, Cloudflare for hosting, and integrations with Moyasar, OTO and SPL for their relevant payment, shipping and address functions. Only information needed for each function should be sent. Provider locations, transfer safeguards and retention arrangements must be finalized before launch.
Newsletter and marketing
Newsletter signup is optional and separate from agreeing to store terms. You can change your preference in your account at any time. Marketing delivery is not currently enabled. Any future marketing service must include an effective unsubscribe method.
Your rights
Subject to applicable Saudi personal data protection law, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, and deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent. Certain records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. The verified privacy contact and request process must be published before launch.
Retention and security
Access is restricted by account ownership and appropriate authorization. The final retention schedule, privacy contact, data-transfer review and incident procedures must be approved before commercial launch. No system can guarantee absolute security.
